Hi, I just got my eVAL approved weeks ago and the tracking shows 70% on portal. But in the EMGS Hub apps, it’s still on 35%. I have collected the eVAL through my Institution, but still it’s not updated in this Apps. I have already notified EMGS by contacting their helpline. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. @EMGS Officer View

Hi Toufiqul Islam,
We advise you to uninstall and reinstall the mobile app. Upon reinstalling, you need to click the ‘Digital ID’ icon to register your details again. Please revert to us via email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with a screenshot of the error if the issue persists.
