      Hi Su Ting,
      There is an issue with the proof of payment that the institution submitted on 13 January 2025. We found that the [JomPAY REFERENCE NUMBER] is not indicated. As such, you may check the transaction history to get the Jompay Reference Number and resubmit the document to the institution.

      Kindly be informed that your application is pending submission of proof of payment from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to process your application accordingly.
