Dear emgs,My name is SuTing.My passport is EJ1888443. I have been paying 0% since last Monday. The school said that it had already submitted the payment proof and documents to EMGS, please help me check if there is any problem with the documents. The progress has been kept at 0% for more than a week, I am very anxious. Thank you.

  Hi Su Ting,
  There is an issue with the proof of payment that the institution submitted on 13 January 2025. We found that the [JomPAY REFERENCE NUMBER] is not indicated. As such, you may check the transaction history to get the Jompay Reference Number and resubmit the document to the institution.
