They actually didn’t ask for any vaccination certificate, but of course the case is different if you are coming from certain African countries or others in their list

If u don’t have certificate (I hope u talking abt other vaccine’s which are mentioned & not for covid) just write No, they won’t ask you to give the vaccine.
They will just take an x-ray, weight, height, urine test, blood test, that’s all there is to it. [as the case was for me]-

Apart from your question, I advise u to call the clinic which u are going to, because not all clinis options given on emgs website still working with emgs

Hi,
An international student from a high-risk country for yellow fever is required to submit a yellow fever certificate upon the medical screening in Malaysia. However, other vaccinations certificate is required based on the medical screening requirement.
