What is the access code or PIN?? I want to see my insurance card but they keep telling me to put the password which i put but can’t go through the next button? View

Please be informed that upon the launches EMGS Connect mobile app and clicks on “Int’l Student Card” or “Insurance Card”, It will prompt the user to key in their registered four-digit pin.
The applicant will set the four-digit pin upon the activation of digital id.
