Hi, why I can not verify my Digital ID throught this application. I have filled passport no, nationality and email, but after captured the face, the system mentioned “we could not recognize the verification ID you provided please confirm the number and try again”. Please inform how to solve this matter. Thanks

I bit confuse with the requirement of EMGS regarding student visa application. Emgs said, the course name on the offer letter does not match the course name on the IM14 form.   The details in the offer letter must tally with the details in the application form. If the details either in the offer letter or the application form are incorrect, the institution is required to submit the correct documents. Kindly liaise with your institution for further assistance.
