My process for eVal is underway since Feb-March 2020, now i feel its time to call it off, please guide me through process of refund.

Hello EMGS, Hoping that you all are safe. I wanted to understand that my application for eVAL is sent to immigration and it is stuck on 35%. I am not sure whether due to covid-19 the immigration operations are at halt or the delay might have other reasons. The specifies period for conpletion is already crossed.

  The Immigration Department suspended the processing of applications until after the movement control order (MCO) period.
