Is ot with Immigration? If yes then there is no time frame i am afraid.
Some student took few day other fewer, in the other hand some pupils took 22 days like myself, other group longer than that.

I am also same stage apu. Maybe it’s take 3/4 days. Sometime takes 7-10 days

There is no exact time frame for the VAL approval and the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration Department.
