Yep I’m in outside Malaysia. I was holding social visa, even I extended for 2 months at the end I left Malaysia, even they told my I cant. My uni is um

I’m quie sure you have to apply for your emgs outside of Malaysia. There is no such thing as shorting social visa, please send email to emgs or call emgs hotline and tell them your situation or else u will face lots of issues. I think you didn’t explain properly to your university

My uni is well aware of my situation. They already have a system in place for new students who are already in Malaysia with a social pass. So I just had to apply accordingly.

You have to leave malaysia u can’t converte social visa to student visa. U should leave as soon as possible alos tell your university to issue the let you know.

No no, I don’t have to leave. Talked to my university. No issues. Only need to shorten the pass after getting my student visa.
