Hello, I tried contacting emgs through email but there is no response for assistance. From what I checked is that my Visa processing is stuck at 15% because it is pending additional documents. I already sent the document to my university but I’m assuming they didn’t submit it to the emgs yet and it has been already 2 days since I submitted the document to them. So is there anyway I can submit the document to EMGS directly which will expedite the process since I need to register with the university on 5th September and I also need to attain SEV after I get my eVAL.

  You can send the additional document to emgs email directly.

  The additional documents can only be submitted by your institution, since your application was created by the institution. We advise that you follow-up with the institution and request that they submit the additional documents at their earliest convenience.
