Subject: Passport & iKad Collection – Ready Since 5 October
Dear EMGS Support Team,
My EMGS application shows that my Student Passport with Student Pass and iKad are ready for collection since 5 October 2026.
However, I have not received my passport or iKad from my institution yet, and I am currently unable to get a response from the person in charge at my college.
Could you please confirm whether my passport and iKad have already been collected by my institution, and where they are currently being held?
If they have not been collected yet, please advise me where and how I can collect them.
