Dear EMGS Team,

Greetings.

I would like to seek your guidance regarding my expired EVAL.

I am a PhD student at Lincoln University College, and due to the recent Iran war situation and related travel restrictions in the region, I was unable to travel to Malaysia and report to campus within the required timeline. As a result, my EVAL has expired.

I have already contacted my university, and they informed me that a new EMGS fee payment may be required for reissuance of the EVAL.

Currently, I am planning to visit the campus during the first week of next June.

The required procedure for renewing/reissuing the EVAL

The applicable EMGS fees

The estimated processing timeline
