My name is TanYulin. My passport number is EJ1880156. I started the renewal process on 6th January, but it’s still stuck at 0%, my school said they have already done all the part of the payment proof， I need to wait EMGS to transfer the payment to UiTM account. I have been in Malaysia for one and a half months and handed in my passport for 24 days. I was unable to reunite with my family during the Spring Festival. I urgently need to go back to work,I went to the Office many times, but the lack of progress on my visa has caused me severe mental distress. I hope to get a timely reply and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you！
