It’s on your Letter of Offer. Usually, you need to pay initial fee before the lapse date of Offer. The balance fee should be paid before 2nd week of course.

Congratulations on the approval of your application. If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.

The issuance of the VAL takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
