Over the 1.5 month i am waiting for eVAL, but unfortunately still It’s stuck on 35%.Actually i want to what is the wrong here?

Your application is still being processed by the Immigration Department. We are following up to expedite the process. The approval to issue the VAL is at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
