I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my EMGS application processed through your institution.

My EMGS application was rejected due to issues from the university’s side, despite my full cooperation and intention to proceed with admission. As a result, I have already incurred a financial loss of MYR 3000, along with a significant loss of valuable time.

Following this, I requested your office to delete my rejected EMGS application so that I may proceed with a fresh application. However, I have been informed that I must pay an additional MYR 1500 for the deletion of the rejected EMGS record.

I would like to clearly state that this demand is completely unjustified and unacceptable. The rejection was not due to any fault or negligence on my part, and therefore I should not be subjected to any additional charges for rectifying an issue that originated from the institution.

This matter is causing unnecessary delay in my application process and is directly affecting my academic plans. I kindly request you to:
1. Immediately proceed with the deletion of my rejected EMGS application
2. Waive any additional charges related to this matter
3. Confirm once the process has been completed so that I may proceed with a new application without further delay

Please treat this matter as urgent. I have included EMGS in CC for transparency and to ensure proper oversight of this situation.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further through appropriate channels.
