Dear EMGS, my name is Tang Hongying and my passport number is E89953186. It has been 14 working days since I submitted my passport, but my status is still 80%. My visa is about to expire on May 24th, and it’s already very close. My grandmother is sick, and my son is only five years old. My mother needs to take care of both my grandmother and my son, and urgently needs my help. Please help me expedite the processing of my visa. Thank you very much!

  Hi, Tang Hongying.
  We understand your urgency. However, your passport is still pending at the Immigration Department since 26 April 2024. The Institution may submit the supporting letter along with the request to expedite the passport process with the Immigration Department. In the event, that your Institution has submitted the request, kindly provide us the email case number in order for us to follow up with your passport status.
