Dear EMGS, my name is Tang Hongying and my passport number is E89953186. It has been 14 working days since I submitted my passport, but my status is still 80%. My son is still very young and urgently needs me to return to my home country to take care of him. I have been waiting for many days, could you please help me handle it? Thank you very much.

  Your passport was still with the Immigration Department for student pass issuance. However, we will follow up with the relevant department to expedite the process. Rest assured, we will notify the Institution once the passport is ready for collection.
