Please Help Me What Can I Do?
VAL applied for Ph.D. in CS at UTM KL campus
After 32% My VAL has been is rejected, EMGS is also issued rejected letter and UTM says (Emails Received today) :
Dear Mir Kazim,
Please note that your VAL application has been rejected by immigration and the issuance of VAL (rejected/approved) entirely at the discretion of immigration. As for now, we still didnt receive any reason of rejection and we will highlight this to EMGS to request for reason.

Please be informed that we have notified your institution on 30th of October 2017 regarding the VAL rejection reason. You can refer to your institution for further clarification on the rejection reason.

Upon receiving the appeal documents, we will submit your appeal to the Immigration Department of Malaysia for approval.
