      Hi,

      Kindly be informed that existing international students who have been issued a student pass are not required to complete the MDAC if they exit and re-enter the country while their student pass is still active.

    Usama, have you called EMGS at +603 2782 5888? It’s possible it may be too late to get a tuition refund but you may be able to get a application refund from emgs. They might also better guide you over phone/email on how to deal with your university. Sorry you have to experience this
