Dear EMGS,
Due to your incredibly slow processing times, I will not be able to reach in time my semester, despite my application process starting from November. My semester starts on the 22nd, which is on Monday. Please advise on compensation for tuition for your lateness and how early as possible you can get me my visa.

Hi Taha Chaudhary,

Please be informed that your documents are ready for submission to the Immigration Department for VAL approval. However, there is no stipulated time frame and the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Dear EMGS Officer,
When I asked for the progress of my val, I was told that emgs is waiting for my institution to send additional documents. My institution has informed me that they sent the relevant documents before I was told that emgs is waiting. It’s been over a week now, yet no update on my application. Pls advise on what to do next.

As per check institution uploaded the required document in the system on 12.01.2024. Therefore, kindly allow us time to process the application. Rest assured any update will be notified accordingly.

Hi, my passport number is BR4196753, and my university has submitted all the relevant documents though my emgs is still stuck at 32%. My application has been in progress from November and I need my val asap as I have to be in Malaysia by the 15th. Please check my status and see if anything process is still remaining for my val to be given to me.

Hi, it doesn’t say that one the status it currently says “We are in the process of submitting your student pass application for approval.” It’s been like that for a week now.

Hi, my name is Taha Chaudhary, and my passport number is BR4196753. My EMGS status is at 32% though my application has been in progress since at least November of last year. How long would it take for me to get my Val so that I can go to the embassy?
