Hello , the staffs responsible for the visa issues in my university are incompetent. Is it possible for me to file a complaint against them in emgs? If i can, how do i do so? Because the university does not provide anything for me to be able to file complaint againt them. They make me pay for the 2nd special pass when they forgot to submit the documents asked by the emgs. They refuse to take responsibility for it as well. They even do not want to apologize for their mistake.
