Hi Rafi Ahmed,
You are unable to change the Institution once the VAL is approved. In the event, that you wish to change Institutions, you are required to cancel the current application and reapply for the new application with the new Institution.

Contact with your University. If they want to proceed with your provisional certificates then they need to contact with emgs.
