Dear @EMGS officers,
It’s been 4 days since my uni enrollment time and now it’s almost registration time, time is running out but i still can’t enroll yet because my EMGS is still stuck at 35%. Can you please turn it to 70% as soon as possible so i won’t be late for uni? My passport number is ######## Indonesia. Thank you.

As per checking, you documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval on 22nd September 2023. Be informed that the VAL approval process takes 7 – 10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify once the EVAL is approved by the Immigration Department.
