What was the reason for the rejection? Because mine was as a result of not submitting all international passport pages

Hi bro, who can appeal? Its by yourself or institution?
I just call the emgs, finally, i got my reason of rejected, its because i didnt submit all passport data page, so i can appeal with data required.
Can i submit to emgs for appeal?

Only your Institute can appeal. You can just submit the required documents to your institute.

I am yet to receive reason for rejection, but probably could be due to all passport pages of which the online application clearly asked for only data page.

Email Recieved from UTM University they sent my further documents (full passport pages) to emgs.
Can u tell me when My status turn into Green ? Any idea.-
When EMGS receive it then it will turn green.
Mine was turned green on the same day my institute emailed to EMGS.
