Dear EMGS Staff
My name is Syafwendi Syafril, C7481826 is my passport number. I got 80% on my visa since July 25, and I am about to ask when The institution can collect the passport? I hope it can be processed soon since I need to go back for data collection for my PhD thesis. I hope can hear from you soon.

  Hi Syafwendi Syafril,
  As checked, your passport was submitted to Immigration on 29 July 2024 for sticker endorsement. This process takes approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date which is from 23 July 2024, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
