Are you in Malaysia?
You can google EMGS Medical form.-
I am in Nigeria
-
-
io office will give that form
-
Can i come to malaysia on80%?. My val is already being approved by Immigration department
-
Your process after 80% will start when you reach in Malaysia, As now Immigration department require your Presence and Medical report in Malaysia.
-
-
this can only be done after you arrive in Malaysia and get the form from the IO office
-
yes, it can be done from inside malaysia. post medical means – medical after arrival. how can you do that without arriving in malaysia?? 🙁 🙁
-
Don’t forget to secure your eligibility letter from MOE, Abuja and ndlea clearance certificate before applying for SEV in Abuja too, else you will regret.
-
Post medical can only be done when you arrive. Your school will inform you about the EMGS clinic, no big deal

Since you are gonna do PhD, I’m sure you will be associated with some project. Funding from tat project will be sufficient to manage your expenses as well as tuition fee. Also, you can work outside provided that your passport should be endorsed with student visa along with work permit. You can work for 20hrs/week(maybe more than that).
-
But when I check the EMGS site they mentioned we can work only 20/hrs /week during semester break.
Can I have student visa and Work permit at the same time.Where I can get more information. Please advice me further. Tq.-
9. Can I work while on a student pass?
All international students studying at public or private higher education institutions are allowed to work part-time for a maximum of 20 hours per week ONLY during semester breaks or holidays of more than 7 days at restaurants, petrol kiosks, mini markets and hotels as long as their student passes remain…[Read more]

Hi A S Sharath,
Please be informed that it takes approximately 1 to 2 working days for EMGS officers to verify your documents. It might take longer than the approximate time frame if we require corrections, any additional documents or clarifications from your institute.
Thank you and have a nice day.

You have way more than sufficient time. Don’t worry
-
If you have submitted all the supporting documents to EMGS after submitting the online application and fee, just relax. You got enough time, and even if you would get late, your university should accommodate you. Every year thousands of international students go to Malaysia and many report late to their universities due to late visa approval. Thanks!
