My university informed me that the offer letter is only issued once during the initial registration and cannot be reissued. However, I would like to confirm whether I can submit my expired offer letter ?.

Kindly be informed that if you are the existing student, you may submit first the expired offer letter and supporting letter from the university upon applying the application. We will review the documents and if we require any additional document or correction, we will notify to you accordingly.
