I would like to inquire about the duration for which my passport will remain with your office to complete the necessary procedures. I am planning to come to Malaysia with my family, including my husband and children. Their visas only permit them to stay for one month. Will you be able to return the passport within this timeframe?

  Hi, Sura Jaber.
  Upon your arrival in Malaysia, you will be granted a Special Pass stamp valid for 30 days in your passport. Within 30 days, you are required to complete the student pass endorsement process. We are unable to guarantee you whether the process can be completed within the timeframe as the approval is solely at Immigration’s discretion, however, we will do our best in processing your student visa.
