Dear EMGS officerGreetings! My name is Zhong yongfei，and my passport number is EC0239778. My application number is #########.
I’m sorry to bother you but it has been a long time since my additional documents were submitted.It has been 45days since I applied for emgs. At present it is 30%yellow . I asked City University, but City University replied that all the documents had been uploaded to emgs.City University asked me to wait for emgs to update my status.Whats more, City University has started on September 2nd. If my emgs progress does not reach 70% in September, I will not be able to resume my studies this semester.So I am very anxious at the moment.

If possible, could you please help me speed up the review. Thank you so much. Really appreciate.

However, your application is pending for additional documents from the institution that are required to process your application, and a notification has been sent to your institution regarding this.
