Dear emgs officer, Good morning. My name is Zhong yongfei and my passport number is EC0239778.My student visa expired on 18 Jan 2024 already.May I know what visa I can use to enter Malaysia this time when I reach what percentage in emgs?City University visa department said I can enter with tourist visa at 50%, last emgs reply me that I can’t enter Malaysia until I get my VAL.I’m very anxious.Can you help give me an accurate reply?Thank you very much and looking forward to hearing from you soon.

  Hi, Zhong Yongfei.
  We understand your concern. As checked, your student pass renewal application is currently closed due to the previous student pass expired more than 3 months. Therefore, we notified the institution to create a new application in order to obtain the VAL. You may liaise with the institution for further clarification.
