Dear officer,
My renewal is currently on 90% and I was told that I need a special pass for me to be able to submit my passport because my previous visa expired on the 16th of this month while my renewal is on the process. Please I need a clarification on this.

Hi Gerry,
Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport and special pass requirement.
