Dear EMGS officer.
Thanks for your time,I got my Val today and I’m from Syria.
Should i go to Malaysian consulate in My country to stamped?

  Yes, download your VAL and head to the Malaysian embassy to get a SEV.

  Congratulations on the approval of your VAL application. Kindly note that applicants from Syria are not required to apply for the SEV prior to their entry into Malaysia. You are required to present your VAL at the point of entry in order to be issued with a visa on arrival (VOA).
