Good Greetings
Dear emgs officers in charge, as new arrival student, I intend to enter Malaysia with my brother to fetch me and helping to settle and then back home(Iraq). I wonder if he needs to apply for MDAC like me or no need? And this step only for new arrival students?

  Kindly be informed that Students who have obtained a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) and are travelling to Malaysia to commence their course are required to complete the MDAC registration. In the last two weeks ago I have been informed that I have to renew my passport since it’s valid for a period less than 18 months. I renewed my passport and sent it via E-mail as an additional document via additional document email portal of the emgs office yesterday but the status is still pending.…[Read more]
