If your brother does not intend to study in Malaysia, he may enter as a tourist to help you settle in. You may liaise with a relevant authority regarding the Social Visit Pass.

Hello Sumaiah. Nationals of most countries can enter Malaysia without a visa. Refer to Malaysia immigration website. I think Iraqi nationals can enter Malaysia and stay there up to 30 days without a visa. You can also check with any airline company in your country because they have this information.

In the last two weeks ago I have been informed that I have to renew my passport since it’s valid for a period less than 18 months.
