Hello EMGS Team,

Thank you for your previous response.

I urgently need your assistance.

USM has created Application ########## and asked me to pay MYR 1,998.00. However, I cannot make the payment because:

Application ########## is not visible in my EMGS account. I can only see my previous application E#########.
I have not received any payment link or invoice.
The email only mentions JomPAY, but I am currently in Pakistan and cannot use JomPAY.

I have already emailed and called the USM Visa Unit several times, but I have not received any response.

Could you please advise how I can make the payment or who can help me access Application ##########? My registration is approaching, and I am worried that my visa process will be delayed.

  Kindly be informed that the institution is require to provide the payment details for student to proceed with the payment. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
