Thank you officer @sri-thurga.
I will pursue my masters at UIAM in March. I tried again this morning to apply my visa application, apparently the issue is only on UIAM, while when i select any other universities, the sticker pass fees option is available.
I hope this information could be useful to help EMGS solve the issue as soon as possible

Kindly be informed that the student is required to fill up the health declaration form and submit to EMGS during applying for the student visa application.

Hi Sulthan Suhdi,
You are required to enter Malaysia using the Single Entry Visa (SEV) to get a Student Pass as your Multiple Entry Visa.
