Hello EMGS,
When does the application status usually reach 100%? Mine is 70%, the eVal is issued and the pre-check list is verified. Do I need to wait until it reaches 100% to travel to Malaysia? And is there anything else I need to do? View

You don’t need it to be 100% before you enter Malaysia, you are allowed to come into Malaysia once you have your eval. It is upon arrival when you have passed your medicals and your student VISA is issued, then it reaches 100%.
Also, if your country requires you to get Single entry visa (SEV) then you’ll need it to gain entrance into Malaysia.

Congratulations on the approval of your application. If you are from a country that requires a Single Entry Visa (SEV) to enter Malaysia you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL.
