Hello.
I am having trouble viewing my international student card and insurance card. It firstly said i did not verify my iKad and when prompted to continue, it says “we could not recognize the verification ID you provided”. Could you kindly help me with this issue. Thank you. View

Kindly clear the app cache, uninstall, and reinstall the app. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the EMGS glad. If the issue persists, we request that you drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with a screenshot or screen recording of the error, along with your details.
