Bro. Are you an existing student? If yes, then you are eligible to apply for a travel authorization approval which after been approved you can now email your LOU form to the Malaysian consular office in Abuja for onward approval.

But the problem that I can’t wait more while my class started already and the last day for registration is Friday this week

Its since 12 September, just I’ve paid for SST on 19 September, but nothing change after that

Mine was from August. Close to a month now. I do believe their system is undergoing some uncontrollable issues. Lets be a little patient till next week. The previous VAL i applied for that eventually expired didnt take this long to approve. Probably the traffic is too much for them and they werent prepared for such flow
