Hi and Salam Alaikum emgs, I am Sulaiman Abdullah and I am a PhD research student in USM. Please I’d like to know how to apply for the returning international students who have been stucked back in there home country due to the pandemic. The directive was that returning international students need to register with the ministry of higher education Malaysia.
Please can you advise on how to get the link? Thanks a lot.
