Dear officer, My name is Ali Murad and my passport number is SX1828991. My application number is #########.

Unishams is refusing to upload my new passport and offer letter. They claim that they spoke with EMGS, and EMGS advised them not to upload the documents. Is this correct?

Could you please provide me with the current status of my application?

  Hi Ali Murad,
  Kindly be informed that we require those documents to proceed with your application as the commencement date in the offer letter is backdated and the passport validity is less than 18 months. Therefore, we are requesting the institute to submit a new offer letter with the latest commencement date and a new passport copy to proceed with the application.
