Dear officer
I got this email after I applied for my refund ” Please be informed that the refund has been proceeded with application number (#########). Kindly follow up with this refund application to check the refund status.” How to check refund status? Could you please help me in this regard?

  You are unable to track the refund application status on EMGS website. However, you may refer to the Institution or EMGS for the status of your refund application.
