Malaysia passport photo size 35×45 mm
There’s photo checking service on emgs website to see if it meets the requirements
Guidelines also on their official website
I did it, and photo checker print verified successfully for the photo but when I uploaded it in the application it was refused after verification by emgs, also passport file.

You may refer to the link https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/guidelines/required-documents.html for the guidelines for the photo and passport copy submission. You also must ensure the allowed file extensions to upload the photo in jpg format and for the passport copy in pdf format.
