Hi EMGS officer , I’m Stephanie Saavedra Passport Number : P1281756C . My institution promised me that they will submit the letter to open back my application and my passport today. Can you confirm me ? Because my institution is slacking off and I have trust issues with them

  Please help me officers because I was supposed to go back due to emergencies but they only kept my passport in the schools office and never submitted it
