Hello, EMGS officer. So,before this my father is the one who is guaranteeing me to stay in Malaysia and I have a special pass. Then, I applied for student pass. My special pass already expired on March 28 and I submitted my passport on 20th of March. Now, the school have yet to submit my passport to EMGS. and it’s already passed a month.They said there is a problem but they’re not giving me the answer on what problem that I’m facing. Can you help me with this? Why can’t they submit my passport when the the percentage is already 100%

      Hi Stephanie Saavedra,
      
      Based on our records, your application was closed due to the non-submission of your passport for a stipulated time frame. Therefore, your Institution is required to obtain a valid pass (special pass) prior to the submission of the passport for the student pass endorsement process. Kindly contact your institution for further assistance.

      But my percentage is 100% until now . So, i must apply the second time again for the visa endorsement?
