Dear EMGS officer,
My passport no. R4880326 has been stuck in imigration since 28/4/2023.It was received by EMGS on 25/4/2023.Its been over 17 days and deducting public holidays brings it to 15 days which is more than the 14 day margin. Kindly see to my issue and expedite the process as early as possible.

  The application is still within the processing timeframe. Kindly note that the 14 working days timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. We will notify your institute once the passport is ready for collection.
