Yes, once you get eval you can apply for visa and fly to Malaysia to finish the stages until 100%

I think for some universities you can allly for online classes if you have received EMGS approval letter. Check with your institution.

Mine also still 35% and classes will start less than 2 weeks, my applicatio has been stuck since 22 august huhuhu let’s pray we get our VAL asap before our class begin
