Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a student and I have a problem with my visa.
I have submitted late to renew my visa( 1 month). And I went to IMMI last month to take an interview there. After that, they said I need to wait from 14days to 20days working for approval. But until now is more than 20days but there is still nothing new about my situation. Anyone can let me know what happening with my situation and how long need to wait more for it? And after approval, can I receive my passport or still need to wait more? Because I want to go to another country. I have submitted my passport 2 months already.

  You can track your renewal application in EMGS website. Check if they are waiting for additional documents from university, if so, inform the university about it and ask them send the documents
