Hello, we all have been through this stage which is 0 %. Contact your university to make the payment. Email them and ask them that when they will make the payment and submit the documents. After that your process will start.

It depends on how fast your university deal with this thing.. My uni took 2 weeks to submit documents and pay.. But u better email them and enquire about this thing..

If your university applied for you they will have to submit documents and pay.
